I'm not a fast writer, and I'm not producing anything at regular intervals either. It's always leaps and bounds, with short or more often looong pauses in between. Jeg har nettopp postet en sak på reddit.com/r/scanfic hvor jeg diskuterer en svensk podcast som planlegger å bruke året 2022 til å snakke fanfiksjon: Podcasten "LÄS HÅRT" introduserer "Fanfiction-året". Om du har lyst til å stikke innom der og snakke litt meta-podcast, så er du hjertelig velkommen.

Hei igjen. Siden det er litt stille her og jeg vet at vi er flere som savner litt uformell fanfic-prat med folk som er våkne i samme tidssone, så har jeg opprettet en undergruppe på reddit: https://www.reddit.com/r/scanfic/

For deg som ikke kjenner reddit, så er det en sosial tjeneste der det diskuteres og deles alt mellom himmel og jord og brukere vanligvis er anonyme. Det er også rimelig lav brukerterskel for å kaste seg inn i diskusjoner.

Jeg planlegger å moderere strengt, men ut fra erfaringen her så tipper jeg at det blir en grei jobb. Jeg vil også gjerne ha hjelp fra flere moderatorer, som kan holde praten i live og svare om folk trenger en mod. Superflott om du melder deg til tjeneste der!

Det har også kommet noen spørsmål på r/fanfiction om en skandinavisk fanfiction Discord. Det synes jeg høres ut som en veldig god ide, men jeg har ikke tid til å drifte og modde den. Om noen av dere har lyst til å opprette en sånn, eller kjenner til noe tilsvarende, så legger jeg gjerne den inn som en ressurs for r/scanfic.

Hiya, good people who's still around. I'm not quite ready to come out of my fuzzy social media avoidance-cave yet, but I wrote a fic, so here's me dipping a teeny tiny toe in again.

Author's note: I couldn’t deal with the unnecessarily sad ending to the “A Shard of Ice” story in “Sword of Destiny”: the second book in the Witcher series by Andrzej Sapkowski (many kudos to him!). Now you don't have to either.

A perfect Hannibal radio play based on a hilarious holiday fanfic that itself is based on the classic horror film “Black Christmas” (~37 min long) You really don't need to have much in-depth knowledge of neither Hannibal nor "Black Christmas" to enjoy this super-fun staging. Or if you don't want to listen to it, you can read the fic: A Very Hannibal Black Christmas by HermaiaMoira (AO3).

You should also take a look at this hilarious tweet (I know turkey is a Thanksgiving thing in the US, but in Norway it's more used for celebrations like New Year's Eve).
